The government is expected to earn more than Rs 1,10,000 crore from the airport being built with an investment of Rs 30,000 crore. More than one lakh people will get direct and indirect employment. This airport will bring an investment of about Rs one lakh crore for Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Yamuna Expressway.

जेवर एयरपोर्ट के लिए जमीन दे रहे किसानों को अपने और आने वाली पीढ़ियों के बेहतर भविष्य की उम्मीद है। एयरपोर्ट के लिए गौतमबुद्ध यूनिवर्सिटी के विशेषज्ञों की टीम ने गांवों में सोशल इम्पेक्ट एसेसमेंट (एसआईए) किया था, जिसमें टीम ने घर-घर जाकर बात की। इस सर्वेक्षण के परिणामों पर एक रिपोर्ट सरकार को भेजी गई है, जिसमें बेहद रोचक तथ्य शामिल हैं।
सर्वे में निकले रोचक तथ्य
एसआईए रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक इन छह गांवों के 81.81 फीसदी लोगों ने माना की एयरपोर्ट आने से रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ जाएंगे। 90.9 फीसदी ने माना कि उनकी और बाकी क्षेत्र में जमीन की कीमत बढ़ जाएंगी। 72.72 प्रतिशत लोगों को लगता है कि आमदनी बढ़ेगी और 81.81 प्रतिशत ने कहा कि जनसुविधाओं में सुधार आएगा। कुल मिलाकर 91 प्रतिशत निवासियों ने जेवर एयरपोर्ट परियोजना के पक्ष में राय दी।
एक बीघा जमीन के लिए पांच लाख रुपये भी कोई देने को नहीं होता था तैयार
बनवारीवास गांव के ग्राम प्रधान त्रिलोक चंद शर्मा का कहना है कि एक जमाना था जब हमारे यहां पांच लाख रुपये बीघा जमीन की कीमत कोई देने के लिए तैयार नहीं होता था। आज हमारे गांव के किसान 30 लाख रुपये बीघा जमीन देने के लिए तैयार नहीं हैं। यह जेवर एयरपोर्ट परियोजना का ही असर है। अभी हमारे गांव की जमीन का अधिग्रहण नहीं किया गया है।
सुविधाओं के अभाव से पीछा छूट जाएगा
पारोही गांव के निवासी राजवीर सिंह कहते हैं कि हमारा गांव रोही गांव का मजरा है। मुख्य मार्ग से करीब तीन किलोमीटर है। गांव शिफ्ट होकर टाउनशिप में जाएगा। हमने अफसरों के साथ बैठक के दौरान यही मांग की थी कि टाउनशिप जेवर के आसपास मुख्य मार्ग पर बसाई जाए। जेवर-टप्पल मार्ग पर टाउनशिप बसाई जाएगी। वहां सारी सुविधाएं मिलेंगी, जिनमें अब तक हम लोग वंचित थे।

वहीं दयानतपुर के युवा दीपक सिंह का कहना है कि लोगों ने इन्हीं वजहों से एयरपोर्ट के लिए जमीन दी है। अभी हमारे गांव में 85 फीसदी परिवार ऐसे हैं, जो 5,000 से 20 हजार रुपये प्रति माह कमाते हैं। खेती पर पूरी तरह आश्रित हैं। आठवीं से आगे स्कूल-कॉलेज नहीं हैं। अस्पताल 12 किलोमीटर दूर जेवर में है। गांव के लिए यातायात के साधन नहीं हैं। एयरपोर्ट आएगा तो ये सारी सुविधाएं लेकर आएगा। किल्लतों से पीछा छूट जाएगा।
युवाओं को नौकरी और बुजुर्गों को पेंशन
किसानों को केवल मुआवजा और आवासीय सुविधाएं नहीं मिलेंगी बल्कि भविष्य में जेवर एयरपोर्ट से होने वाली सालाना आय में हिस्सेदारी भी मिलेगी। आय का एक फीसदी हिस्सा सीनियर सिटीजन को पेंशन के रूप में दिया जाएगा। युवकों के लिए नौकरियों का इंतजाम प्राधिकरण और सरकार कर ही रहे हैं।
किसानों के फैसले में कोई खामी नहीं
उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के मुख्य सचिव, केंद्र सरकार के उद्योग सचिव और नोएडा-ग्रेटर नोएडा के मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी रहे योगेंद्र नारायण कहते हैं कि इसमें कोई संदेह नहीं कि जेवर इंटरनेशनल एयरपोर्ट वहां के निवासियों के लिए अपार संभावनाएं लेकर आएगा। उस क्षेत्र के नोएडा-दिल्ली तो क्या पूरी दुनिया से कनेक्टिविटी बन जाएगी।

अभी जहां गांव जाने के लिए सड़कें नहीं हैं, वहां कुछ वर्ष बाद 100 मीटर चौड़ी सड़कें नजर आएंगी। वहां के निवासियों ने यह फैसला लेकर कोई गलती नहीं की है। यह करीब दो दशक पुराना प्रोजेक्ट है, जो अब मूर्त रूप ले रहा है। हम लोग इसके इंतजार में ही रिटायर हो गए।
