TCS to go ahead with over four million sqft IT park spread over a 50-acre plot in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

During Lockdown Period, Development continues near Society Project🌈

Despite announcing last month that it would let 75% of its employees work from home by 2025, Tata Consultancy Services, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking approval to develop two new IT parks of five million sqft as well as lease an additional one million sqft.

IT major TCS is planning to set up an over four million sqft IT park spread over a 50-acre plot in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

(TCS) has proposed to establish an IT SEZ Campus at Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The land has been allotted by New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA) for the development of the project to TCS.

The project site is spread over an area of 57.28 acres and will be developed in different phases. At present, Phase I will be developed. Phase I is spread on an area of 2,31,821 sq m and the remaining 60,838 sq m will be developed in the future.

The proposed project will comprise of one Transit Hub, 3 SDB towers with podium of 2 stilt parking levels, 1 welcome block, 1 utility block, 1 Development Centre, 1 main security house, 1 temporary gate house with 3 security cabins, playground and food court.https://media.biltrax.com/tcs-to-establish-an-it-sez-campus-in-noida/

As many as 100 US companies keen on exiting China after the Covid-19 pandemic are seriously considering Uttar Pradesh as their new destination.

Uttar Pradesh’s minister in charge of MSMEs Siddharth Nath Singh on Tuesday engaged with them through a webinar, organised by the United States-India Strategic Partnership Forum. Representatives of these companies showed interest in the fields of agriculture, electronics, medicine, scientific instrumentation, logistics, defence, aviation, food processing MRO, etc. The companies include Lockheed Martin, Adobe, Honeywell, Boston Scientific and Cisco Systems as well as global delivery services providers like UPS and FedEx.
