We would require certain details of the Project please to evaluate the financial feasibility of the Project:
- Request you to kindly share the Cash Flow of the Project OR you may share:
- Total Construction Area break – FSI & Non FSI Areas
- Tower Wise/Villa Wise Sales Area break up
- Current status of Construction i.e. Work done and balance to be done in terms of % and Rs. Amount
- Status of Sales, Value, Collections and balance to be collected
- Debt status: Sanctioned, Drawndown and balance available
- Approvals Cost – Total/paid/balance
- Is it possible to redesign any towers/units if helpful to achieve sales?
- If possible, please share the CAD files of layout with details of dimensions. Else you may share the PDF with details.
