Uttar Pradesh Cabinet on Monday approved Zurich Airport International as developer for Jewar airport, a senior UP government official said.
Additional Chief Secretary (Home and Information) Awanish Awasthi confirmed the development, saying, “The Cabinet has approved Zurich Airport International as developer for Jewar airport.”
After the Cabinet briefing, state minister Siddharth Nath Singh told reporters, “Four bids had come for the airport. On the basis of weighted average, Zurich Airport International was chosen. It will give Rs 406 per passenger to the government which is the highest.”
“We are of the view that the construction work for Jewar airport will begin in February next year,” he added.

The UP minister said that Niti Aayog has also praised this project.The Swiss firm had on November 29 emerged as the highest bidder to develop the Jewar airport on the outskirts of Delhi, outbidding competitors like Adani Enterprises, DIAL and Anchorage Infrastructure Investments Holding.
जेवर में प्रस्तावित नोएडा एयरपोर्ट बनने के बाद यह देश का सबसे कमाऊ एयरपोर्ट बन जाएगा। प्रति यात्री 400 रुपये लाभांश अभी तक किसी भी एयरपोर्ट से नहीं मिल रहा। अगर 2023 में उड़ान शुरू होती है तो छठे साल से 1.6 लाख करोड़ रुपये का सालाना राजस्व मिलने का आकलन है। इससे न सिर्फ तीनों प्राधिकरणों, बल्कि प्रदेश की विकास परियोजनाओं को पंख लग सकेंगे। दरअसल, नोएडा एयरपोर्ट का निर्माण करने के लिए ज्यूरिख एयरपोर्ट इंटरनेशनल एजी कंपनी ने सबसे ज्यादा लाभांश देने की बोली लगाई है। यह अब तक का सर्वाधिक लाभांश है। वैसे तो प्रति यात्री लाभांश पर यह पहला ग्रीन फील्ड एयरपोर्ट है, लेकिन कई ब्राउन फील्ड एयरपोर्ट पहले से इसी पैटर्न पर चल रहे हैं। उनका संचालन करने वाली कंपनियां 160 रुपये से 303 रुपये प्रति यात्री के हिसाब से सरकार को लाभांश का भुगतान कर रही हैं।
जानकार बताते हैं कि ज्यूरिख कंपनी एयरपोर्ट बनाने वाली विश्व की टॉप तीन कंपनियों में से एक है। इसके आने से एयरपोर्ट का निर्माण शीघ्र शुरू होने और तय समय 2023 पर उड़ान शुरू हो सकेगा। उसके छह साल बाद यानी 2029 से लाभांश मिलने का आकलन है। नोएडा एयरपोर्ट की कंसलटेंट कंपनी प्राइस वाटरहाउस कूपर्स (पीडब्ल्यूसी) की तरफ से नोएडा एयरपोर्ट की तैयार रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक उड़ान से पहले साल में ही करीब 50 लाख यात्रियों के हर साल सफर करने का आकलन है।
इस हिसाब से करीब 1.6 लाख करोड़ रुपये सालाना आमदनी की उम्मीद है। यह रकम नोएडा, ग्रेटर नोएडा व यमुना प्राधिकरण और प्रदेश को उनकी हिस्सेदारी के अनुसार मिलने लगेगी। जानकारों का मानना है कि यह रकम इतनी अधिक है प्रदेश में विकास परियोजनाएं भी उड़ान भरने लगेंगी। साथ ही, प्राधिकरणों को भी पैसों की कमी नहीं रहेगी। बता दें कि एयरपोर्ट की बिड में इसका उल्लेख है कि जिस कंपनी का चयन होगा उसे उड़ान शुरू होने के छह साल तक छूट काल मिलेगा। उसके बाद कंपनी लाभांश का भुगतान करेगी।https://www.amarujala.com/delhi-ncr/noida-airport-will-earn-highest-profit-in-country-seven-lakh-people-will-get-employment
जेवर ग्रीनफील्ड इंटरनेशनल एयरपोर्ट प्रदेश की अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूत करने के साथ ही औद्योगिक विकास को पंख लगाएगा। एयरपोर्ट के लिए केवल भूमि अधिग्रहण पर चार हजार करोड़ रुपये के खर्च से प्रदेश सरकार को वर्ष 2060 तक एक लाख 10 हजार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की आय होगी। वहीं एक लाख से अधिक लोगों को प्रत्यक्ष एवं परोक्ष रूप से रोजगार मिलेगा। नागरिक उड्डयन विभाग ने वित्तीय निविदा से पहले अनुमान लगाया था कि 100 रुपये प्रति यात्री बिड आने पर सरकार को 2060 तक 35 हजार करोड़ की आय होगी। 150 रुपये प्रति यात्री बिड आने पर 46 हजार करोड़ रुपये की आय होगी।
शुक्रवार को दिल्ली में खोली गई वित्तीय निविदा में ज्यूरिख एयरपोर्ट इंटरनेशनल ने 400.94 रुपये प्रति यात्री की सबसे ऊंची बोली लगाई है। विभाग के अनुमान के अनुसार इससे 2060 तक राज्य सरकार को 1 लाख 10 हजार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक आय होगी।
नागरिक उड्डयन विभाग ने निवेश के आउटपुट मल्टीप्लायर के सिद्धांत के आधार पर अनुमान लगाया है कि एयरपोर्ट पर 30 हजार करोड़ रुपये का निवेश होने से नोएडा, ग्रेटर नोएडा, गाजियाबाद और यमुना एक्सप्रेस-वे के आसपास करीब एक लाख करोड़ रुपये का निवेश आएगा। वहीं जॉब मल्टीप्लायर के सिद्धांत के अनुसार अनुमान है कि इससे 15 हजार लोगों को प्रत्यक्ष रूप से और 90 हजार लोगों को अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से रोजगार मिलेगा।
