Getting ready for the IPL
Pleased to share current inside panoramic picture (pl zoom) of Cricket Stadium, adjoining Solitairian City ( about 1 Km). As per 40 years agreement executed with BCCI, this is to hold IPL 2018 matches and other Domestic/ International Cricket tournaments from April 2018, viz about 4 months from now. As Cricket and IPL is one of the most favorite Indian Sport events, commencement of same should bring our Sports City not only in India, but World Sports Map
The Noida Authority has planned to start a pod taxi service — an elevated Personal Rapid Transit (PRT) system. Same POD Service to Run from Pari Chowk to Noida International Airport at Jewar.

Land Acquisition for Phase-1, ad measuring 1250 Hectors of 3 Villages to start in December 2017 as Yamuna Authority is expected to get Rs. 300 Crores from Government in 1st week of December 2017.
Approval of same is expected in 5th. December Cabinet Meeting as note for same is ready.
Yamuna Expressway to become Medical Hub. About 200 acres of land to be offered to both Indian & European Medical Institutions.
- 20 pillars already grounded for accuring Phase 1 land. Total 44 pillars will be rounded to earmark entire land for Phase-1.
- UP Chief Secretary holds meeting for accuring land for Jewar International Airport. Phase 1 layout planned in such a manner that there would be no need to relocate even single village. This would speed land accuring process.
- 4 passenger runways & 1 cargo runway, totaling 5 runways to be made.
- Runway designed so that Aircarft can takeoff & land from both directions.
- Cabinet to approve Techno-fesibility report in 21 days.
- State Government to pass Rs.1000 crores additional supplimentry budget
1. Compensation payment for land acquisition for Jewar International Airport to start shortly as Authority plans to draw section 4 of its act, whereby 1st., installments of 10% is to be paid to farmers. To do so authority immediately seeks Rs. 300 crores from Government.
2. Authority issues Ban for Sale & Purchase of land near Proposed Jewar International Airport.
3. In case of any sale purchase of land has been done in recent pass Authority to give 40% share of compensation to new buyer and 60% will go to original farmer account.
4. Bids for preparing Techno-feasibility report to be called on this Saturday viz 28-10-2017
5. Authority to spend 422 crores in rebuilding 3,400 houses that it will have to shift. Total 3,000 hectare land from 14 villages in phase-1 will be taken. Authority plans expenditure budget of Rs.10,000 crores.
