Money Makes Money

…..is a centuries old well established idiom & compliments investing members in our Project because of:

1. as reported in PWC Techno-feasibility report about $22 Billion investment will be made on account of one of the World Largest Greenfield Airport Project, to be constructed by Zurich Airport.
2. As reported & mentioned in Wikipedia, world largest Infra Project valuing $100 billion Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor Project in Phase-1 itself, will have one of its eight investment centre in Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad.

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry had proposed the establishment of a US$90 billion revolving fund with matching contribution from India and Japan to kick-start the implementation process of the US$90 billion Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Project.The icing on the cake is that 1st instalment of $4.5 billion was being initially funded by the Japanese government as a loan for a period of 40 years at a nominal interest of 0.1% and the work has already started in Dadri-Noida-Gaziabad investment centre on 747.5 acres of Area. The corridor will span 1483 km.

Other Salient features of the Project are as follows:

a) Total employment generation of 1.2 million by 2040.
b) Total Revenue Generation Rs. 5042 billion.
c) As the Cargo will Move from Eastern Peripheral Expressway, which will connect to Yamuna Expressway for Jewar International Airport via Grand-Trunk, which is being constructed about 2kms from our Project, very huge infra development is expected to come-up shortly.
