The Electrification work is targeted for completion in a week for Speed 3 BHK towers.

We would like to update you that tower S2 is in finishing phase. Structure is complete and currently paint work is going on.
Lift installation is in process. As you are aware it is a time taking process ,so we shall be updating once it becomes operational.
As far as possession is concerned we are planning to apply for occupancy certificate (OC)for phase 1 towers ( S2/S3/S4) by mid of second quarter next year.
You are a part of Solitare family and Your support is exepected as always.

We would like to share that as per Supreme court has ordered to ban on the construction and other industrial activities using fuel other than piped natural gas in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Uttar- Pradesh and Rajasthan due to which the construction activities at our site is going on slow pace. As it’s a pleasure to come in touch with you In reference to your bookings in our Project Solitarian City situated at Plot No. GH-B2, Sector-25, Jaypee Sports City SDZ, G.B Nagar U.P.
As we all are aware about Pandemic COVID-19 impact all over the world and India is no exception to take it hit. The full impact of Covid-19 on world finances is impossible to predict because we don’t know how long the crisis will last and how it will affect demand in the longer term.
We would like to share that we have resumed our work at site after Lockdown3.0 with limited labor force as per guidelines received from Yamuna Authority. Finishing work is going on for Phase 1 Towers- S2/S3 and S4. Offer of Possession for the Phase one will be due in March 2021, much before the New extended RERA date. The completion date is subject to force majeure conditions and /or subject to any other reason beyond the control of the developer.
Further adding all the payments made are ad-hoc basis and to hold the migrant labor at this time is hard and expensive so you are requested to release the outstanding amount for the smooth flow of construction work.
