Greetings from India
I hope this message finds you all in good health and high spirits. I am writing to introduce a groundbreaking telemedicine initiative that has the potential to significantly enhance healthcare accessibility for the citizens of all African countries and add profitability to your practices and hospitals.
Our team has a proven track record, having successfully implemented a similar program for the National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), a prominent Indian government-owned power production company, with offices and projects in 47 locations spanning from the Himalayas to the Arabian Sea and Central India to the Deccan Plateau. You can explore our successful implementation at ntpc.gloheal.com.
Given that many patients from your African countries travel to India for medical treatment, we believe that replicating this model for your citizens could bring immense benefits. We have already received enclosed positive responses and Letters of Intent from many embassies of different African countries, motivating us to expand this service across various private doctors and hospitals throughout the African continent.
Allow me to introduce the concept of our E-Hospital:
E-Hospital Introduction:
We plan to establish a virtual hospital network featuring highly qualified Indian doctors across various medical specialties. African doctors and hospitals, even through their nurses, midwives, and staff, will have the opportunity to schedule virtual appointments with these specialists via our telemedicine platform at http://Africa.gloheal.com. We will also be adding Emergency feature which be open 24X7 for emergency consultations.
Key Features:
- Appointment Scheduling: African doctors and hospitals can easily schedule appointments with Indian specialists through our user-friendly online calendar, facilitating treatment in the comfort of local hospitals or clinics.
- Multilingual Support: Our platform will offer language preferences, including English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Kiswahili, to accommodate the diverse languages spoken across the continent.
- Tax Compliance: We will design the system to deduct applicable taxes for different African countries at the time of payment, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
- Flexible Telemedicine OPD: Virtual consultations can take place through mobile devices, laptops, or computers, maximizing convenience for users.
- Secure Payment System: Our platform operates on a pay-per-use model, offering secure payment options such as credit/debit cards and bank transactions etc. Your hospital or clinic can choose from different available packages valid for one calendar year.
- Zero Capital Investment: We will bear the costs of creating the E-Hospital and onboarding expert doctors, requiring no upfront capital investment from any African hospital, doctors, nurses, midwives, or patients.
- Accessibility: This service will be available to all patients of private hospitals, clinics even through their nurses, midwives, to seek expert opinions and access Indian specialist expertise.
- Knowledge Transfer: The consultation sessions will include interactions between Indian medical doctors and African doctors, nurses, midwives, etc., facilitating knowledge transfer over time.
- Increase in Business Profits: African doctors, nurses, midwives, etc., can charge fees with their own profit margins, benefiting the entire African medical fraternity and providing much-needed healthcare to their fellow countrymen.
Next Steps:
For this initiative to succeed, we kindly request a Letter of Interest from your association and confirmation for creating tie-ups with various hospitals and doctors. We propose a minimum ten-year exclusivity agreement due to our significant investments in creating this E-Hospital.
Additional Considerations:
- Medicine Database: Our system includes a comprehensive database of over eighty thousand listed medicines and salts prescribed globally, ensuring alignment with prescriptions in different African countries.
- Logistics for Unavailable Medicines: In cases where specific medicines are unavailable locally, we can explore options for procurement through international sources or courier services from India.
We anticipate that this initiative will substantially improve healthcare accessibility for African Union citizens while positioning your doctors as leaders in advanced medical services at their doorstep.
Please find enclosed an Appreciation Letter from Indian Railways and Letters of Interest from different embassies for your kind reference.
We are prepared to provide further details, address any inquiries, and collaborate with your member doctors to make this African telemedicine initiative a reality. Thank you for considering our proposal, and we eagerly await the opportunity to work together to enhance healthcare outcomes for your citizens.
Yours sincerely,
Saxena V.M
