Booking Guide

Membership is open to all employees & associates of Government, Public Sector organisations, professionals and their family members and others can be admitted subject to approval of society.

• A one time fees of Rs. 5100/- is payable at time of application. This will not be refundable.
• Annual Renewal fees of Rs. 1100/-
• Membership transfer fees for each project is different. See agreement.
• A one time subscription fee of Rs. 11,000/- for property basic value upto Rs. 25 Lakhs and Rs. 21,000 for property basic value exceeding Rs. 25 Lakhs.

For taking membership for housing projects, please send temporary membership form with fees of Rs. 5100/-. Select your suitable property and deposit Rs. 51000/- token booking advance. Balance of 12% of Basic Sale Price of property within 10 days of confirmation of allotment to MLDL. Balance as per payment plan.
