As we all are aware about Pandemic COVID-19 impact all over the world and India is no exception to take it hit. The full impact of Covid-19 on world finances is impossible to predict because we don\u2019t know how long the crisis will last and how it will affect demand in the longer term.
\nWe would like to share that we have resumed our work at site after Lockdown3.0 with limited labor force as per guidelines received from Yamuna Authority. Finishing work is going on for Phase 1 Towers- S2\/S3 and S4. Offer of Possession for the Phase one will be due in March 2021, much before the New extended RERA date. The completion date is subject to force majeure conditions and \/or subject to any other reason beyond the control of the developer.
\nFurther adding all the payments made are ad-hoc basis and to hold the migrant labor at this time is hard and expensive so you are requested to release the outstanding amount for the smooth flow of construction work.<\/p>\n
